Job Title: Logistics Coordinator
Location: Doral, FL (On-Site)
Pay Rate: $24.00 – $25.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join the Latin American division of a global technology company. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a career in supply chain and logistics within a fast-paced, corporate environment.
This role focuses heavily on order tracking, reporting, and communication—ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, staying organized, and supporting operations from an office setting.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Early in their career with 2–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field
- Ideally has a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree (internships or entry-level experience are great)
- Strong in Excel and data tracking/reporting
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, corporate environment
- Strong communicator, able to provide updates to internal teams and customers
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and execute weekly order allocations; follow up on daily order status
- Track order progress and maintain accurate, up-to-date reports
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders (Customers, Sales, Supply Chain teams) on delivery timelines
- Maintain records of open orders, quantities, pricing, SKUs, and order conditions
- Review and validate daily RPA (Robotic Process Automation) reports for accuracy
- Link IMEIs to orders and provide customer-related information as needed
- Ensure accuracy and visibility across all active orders through completion
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Experience with ERP systems is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

- Location: Doral, FL (100% on-site – not remote)
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (punctuality and attendance are very important)
- Contract: Long-term contract (1+ year)
