Job Summary:
Seeking a detail-oriented Logistics & Dispatch Administration Coordinator with experience in global logistics, shipment coordination, dispatch operations, and supply chain support. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, analytical, and escalation management skills in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day logistics and dispatch operations while ensuring SLA compliance
- Coordinate RMA, advance replacement shipments, and returns processing
- Support field engineer dispatch coordination and escalation management
- Work closely with logistics vendors, operations teams, and support organizations
- Analyze operational data and maintain reporting metrics using Excel and internal systems
- Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action processes
- Maintain weekly/monthly dispatch and logistics reports
- Support process improvements, documentation, and operational standards
- Assist with ServiceNow and SAP related dispatch operations and system updates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve shipment and field issues
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Global Logistics or Supply Chain Operations
- Strong experience with dispatch coordination and logistics support
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace
- Knowledge of SAP, ServiceNow, or Salesforce is preferred
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Flexible for extended coverage/weekend support when needed
