Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily shipping and logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor and manage customs processes, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to streamline distribution workflows.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for shipping activities and customs clearances.
• Assist in auditing shipping reports to identify and address discrepancies.
• Provide administrative support to the logistics department, including scheduling and record-keeping.
• Analyze logistical challenges and propose solutions to improve efficiency.
• Organize and oversee inventory movements to meet operational demands.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing shipping inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Evaluate logistics performance and prepare reports to support decision-making.
• Proven experience in logistics coordination, shipping functions, or distribution management.
• Familiarity with customs regulations and compliance processes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing documentation and audits.
• Proficiency in administrative tasks and record-keeping.
• Ability to analyze logistics data and suggest operational improvements.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with teams and external partners.
