Job Title: Dispatcher/ JR Logistics Coordinator

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am-5pm with flexibility to work extra hours, holidays and weekends if needed and a rotating on-call 1 weekend every 4-5 weeks

Salary: $45-50k

MUST HAVES:
- 2+ years dispatching high‑volume long‑haul / container trucking
- Experience managing 100+ loads/volume across calls, emails, drivers, and customers
- Strong customer service and communication skills (direct client interaction)
- Bilingual: English & Spanish
- High school diploma
- Comfortable working fully onsite!!!!!!
Day to day:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Dispatcher with experience in truckload, container drayage, or intermodal freight to coordinate and manage the daily movement of trucks and containers. This role requires strong communication, scheduling, and problem-solving skills to ensure timely pickups, deliveries, and turnarounds while meeting customer and port requirements. There is a very high volume of work to be done, so it is crucial that this individual is hard-working and driven. Lastly, it is important that this individual has great communication, as they will be dealing with customers directly.
NOTES:
This role would not be a fit for candidates who have applied to Seaboard within the last nine months, are not fluent in both English and Spanish, are seeking fully remote opportunities, have a job‑hopping work history, or have experience limited primarily to box trucks without hands‑on exposure to high‑volume, large‑container, and long‑haul trucking operations.
