3PL Warehouse Management:
1)Oversee daily operations at US third-party warehouses, including inbound/outbound processing, inventory accuracy, and operate 2B and 2C orders in the system, both WMS, Yicang, and OA.
2)Monitor order fulfilment KPIs and implement corrective actions for shipment delays
Logistics Exception Resolution:
1)Lead troubleshooting for US/Canada customs clearance issues, delivery exceptions, and regulatory compliance.
2)Cross-Functional Coordinator, serve as primary communication between China logistics/sales teams, finds and carries out solutions for urgent shipment and ensures customs hold releases. 3)Process Improvement. Make every effort to smooth the process of import process from both FI and CN, as well as the USA local delivery.
Required Qualifications:
Language: Mandarin and English
Location: USA Experience: 2+ years in international logistics/3PL， bachelor's degree Technical Skills: Proficiency in Incoterms 2020, HTS classification, familiar with office software Work Flexibility: Willingness for scheduled overtime (can work at home) to cover China time zones.
