We are currently partnered with a leading aggregate producer in Texas who are looking to add a Director of Operations to the team. This position is a crucial hire to support the major growth the company is about to encounter.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational leadership to multiple plants across Texas.
- Establish vision and strategy to reach business goals.
- Drive and champion safety culture across the state.
- Manage operating and capital budgets to support forecasting.
- Work with the business leader on M&A activities.
Qualifications
- Must have 10+ years operational experience in the aggregate industry.
- Experience managing multiple aggregate plants.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in construction materials.
- Degree preferred.
