Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Manage budgets, schedules, and overall project performance
- Maintain and grow client relationships
- Oversee subcontractor selection, contracts, and execution
- Partner closely with Superintendents and field teams
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in commercial construction
- Proven experience managing ground-up projects
- Strong financial management and scheduling skills
- Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders
