Duration: 12-month contract
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the Capital Projects team, with a focus on systems completion activities. This role works closely with senior leadership to bring structure, organization, and visibility to complex, fast-moving projects.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who understands the lifecycle of capital projects and enjoys operating at the center of coordination, documentation, and communication. The role requires strong technical proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to synthesize information across multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day execution of capital projects through coordination, tracking, and documentation
- Maintain and organize project documentation, including reports, drawings, presentations, and completion records
- Assist in preparing executive-level presentations, dashboards, and status updates
- Track project progress across key phases, ensuring alignment with schedules and deliverables
- Compile and analyze data from multiple sources to support decision-making and reporting
- Coordinate across engineering, construction, and operations teams to gather updates and ensure information accuracy
- Support systems completion processes, including punch lists, turnover documentation, and closeout tracking
- Develop and maintain workflows, trackers, and tools to improve project visibility and efficiency
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience supporting capital projects, construction projects, or engineering environments
- Strong understanding of project phases (design, procurement, construction, commissioning, closeout)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with tools such as Bluebeam, Visio, or similar platforms
- Strong ability to organize and synthesize data from multiple sources
- Detail-oriented with a high standard for accuracy and organization
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across cross-functional teams
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
