We’re looking for a Project Manager who can independently run projects, keep teams aligned, and deliver results.
This role is ideal for a dynamic, experienced Project Engineer or a Project Manager who has moved beyond coordination and is ready to fully own execution, schedules, and customer communication on technically complex and fast paced projects.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own cleanroom POD projects from project conception through closeout
Build and manage project schedules, deliverables, budgets, milestones
Serve as the primary day‑to‑day customer contact.
Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, vendors, and site teams efforts to optimize project life cycles.
Identify risks early and drive solutions
Lead project meetings and status updates
Ensure documentation, quality, and closeout requirements are met
You’ll operate independently, with leadership support available when guidance and escalation is needed.

What We’re Looking For
Required
- +2 years of project management experience in construction, manufacturing, or engineered systems
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong working knowledge of schedules, budgets, and risk management
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365; MS Project preferred
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or related field.
- Experience in cleanroom, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or regulated environments
- Experience coordinating engineering and manufacturing teams
