Project Manager – Multifamily (Podium / High-Rise)
Location: Dallas, TX
We are partnered with a leading developer-builder delivering design-led, urban multifamily across Dallas. With a strong pipeline of ground-up podium and high-rise projects, they are expanding their construction team. This is a developer-side role within an integrated platform, offering full lifecycle exposure from preconstruction through delivery.
The Role: Lead the delivery of large-scale ground-up multifamily projects, working closely with internal development, design, and construction teams.
Project Types:
- Podium / wrap construction (concrete)
- High-rise towers (20+ stories)
- Urban, amenity-rich multifamily
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects end-to-end (precon → closeout)
- Lead budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and contracts
- Coordinate internal teams (development, design, leasing)
- Oversee consultants, subcontractors, and field execution
- Drive quality, cost, and schedule performance
- Support design development, value engineering, and GMP
Requirements
- 5–10+ years multifamily construction experience
- Proven delivery of ground-up podium and/or high-rise projects
- Experience within a developer-builder or integrated platform
- Strong understanding of urban infill / complex builds
- Full lifecycle project experience
- Commercially minded, owner/operator mindset
