AAA Restoration is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated, self-starter Water Damage Disaster Restoration Technician to join our dynamic team. What You’ll Do:
- Respond to water damage and disaster restoration jobs (residential & commercial)
- Perform water extraction, drying, demolition, and cleanup
- Set up and monitor drying equipment
- Document job progress and communicate clearly with team members and customers
- Work closely with a supportive, team-oriented crew to restore properties safely and efficiently
What We’re Looking For:
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new skills and grow within the company
- Ability to take direction and follow safety protocols
- Physical ability to lift, move equipment, and work on job sites
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Restoration or construction experience is a plus—but we will train the right person
