Restoration Technician – Entry-Level Opportunity in a Growing Industry

Position OverviewWe’re hiring entry-level Restoration Technicians who are eager to learn, work hard, and grow with us. In this role, you’ll assist experienced team members in responding to water, mold, and fire-related damage at residential and commercial properties. No prior restoration experience is required—we provide training and support for certification and career development.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist with water extraction, structural drying, mold remediation, and property clean-up
- Set up, monitor, and remove drying equipment (dehumidifiers, air movers, etc.)
- Follow directions from project leads and help maintain safety standards on site
- Document job progress using mobile devices and take photos for project records
- Perform demolition and debris removal in affected areas
- Keep equipment clean and organized, and help maintain warehouse and work vehicles
- Communicate professionally with clients and teammates in challenging situations
- Participate in rotating on-call shifts for after-hours emergency response (with additional pay)
What We're Looking For
- No restoration experience necessary—just a willingness to learn and work hard
- Previous experience in construction, Demo, Drywall Repair, Plumbing, labor, landscaping, janitorial, or similar field is a plus
- Strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude
- Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs, and work in physically demanding conditions (crawl spaces, attics, etc.)
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
