PAY: $80k- $90k DOE
SCHEDULE: 7:30am- 4:30pm (M-F)
JOB DETAILS:
- 5+ years of experience leading field operations, marine equipment maintenance, and service teams.
- Skilled in equipment specifications, labor planning, safety compliance, and process improvement.
- Proven people leader with strong communication and problem-solving abilities, focused on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Stand, sit, and walk throughout the day.
- Occasionally bend, stoop, push, pull, and twist.
- Use hands for grasping and fine tasks.
- Lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
- Work in an office with computers and equipment.
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions, on and around water.
