We're Embassy of Beauty, a UK luxury multi-brand beauty retailer dedicated to discovering the world's most niche and exceptional prestige beauty brands. We curate with intention, test everything rigorously, and only carry brands that meet our standards of authenticity, efficacy, and transparency. We're launching in the US, and we need an Operations Manager to help make it happen while bringing fresh operational rigour to our established UK business at the same time.
Two challenges. One role. Real ownership.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Most operations roles ask you to maintain something. This one asks you to build something and improve something at the same time.
On the US side, you'll be building from scratch. Standing up our Georgia 3PL relationship, establishing stock forecasting processes for a brand new market, negotiating brand partnerships with prestige beauty brands that will stock both our US and UK stores, and setting the customer service standard for a luxury retailer entering a new geography. Everything operational about the US business will flow through you.
On the UK side, you'll be bringing fresh eyes and operational expertise to a business that is already running well but that is ready to be tightened up. You'll review our UK warehouse operations, identify inefficiencies in our forecasting and fulfilment processes, and build the kind of scalable, standardised frameworks that let both markets grow without the usual growing pains of scaling across two geographies.
You'll work directly with our US Managing Director, based in our new Boca Raton office, and you'll have the authority and the mandate to make meaningful change in both markets from day one.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Stock forecasting and inventory, across both markets. You'll build the US model from scratch and sharpen the existing UK model, owning purchase orders, reorder points, safety stock, and SKU-level planning for a wide and growing portfolio of prestige beauty brands.
3PL and warehouse management, across both markets. Standing up the US Georgia 3PL operation and improving the efficiency of our UK warehouse. SLAs, KPIs, inbound shipments, returns, and fulfilment performance across both.
Brand partnerships. Every brand deal covers both the US and UK in a single negotiation. You'll lead those conversations on terms, pricing, exclusivity, allocations, and launch timelines, working with the Managing Director to identify and onboard niche prestige brands that meet our curation standards.
US customer service. Overseeing our AI-assisted CS function, owning CSAT and response metrics, and setting the service standard that matches our luxury positioning.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Experience:
→ 4+ years in ecommerce operations with clear ownership of stock forecasting, demand planning, and 3PL or warehouse management
→ Experience improving or streamlining an existing operation, not just running one but making it better
→ Experience in luxury beauty, prestige skincare, or premium FMCG — you understand the category and what niche brands expect from a retail partner
→ Multi-brand environment experience, managing multiple brand relationships, forecasts, and supply chains simultaneously
→ Commercially confident — you've led brand or supplier negotiations and are comfortable owning commercial terms across markets
Mindset:

→ A genuine passion for luxury beauty and niche brands — you care about what we carry and why
→ Highly organised and self-directed — this is a complex, multi-market role requiring strong independent judgement
→ Comfortable across time zones — the UK operation doesn't stop because you're in Florida
WHAT WE OFFER
→ $70,000 to $85,000 depending on experience, plus performance bonus
