Responsibilities
Kforce has a client seeking for a proactive IT Logistics Coordinator in Miami, FL. This is a warehouse-based role requiring physical activity and on-site presence 5 days a week. Summary: The IT Logistics Coordinator will support the Network Connectivity team by managing IT and SATCOM inventory. This hands-on role is based in a warehouse environment and is critical to ensuring the smooth flow of equipment and materials between locations. The ideal candidate will be organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Track, organize, and maintain accurate inventory levels of IT equipment and network hardware
- Asset Management: Use Asset Panda to log, update, and monitor IT assets throughout their lifecycle
- Shipping & Receiving: Handle incoming and outgoing shipments, including unpacking, labeling, and verifying contents
- Warehouse Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse space; Ensure proper storage and handling of equipment
- Returns & Replacements: Process item returns, coordinate replacements, and manage defective or surplus inventory
- Data Entry & Reporting: Accurately enter data into inventory systems and generate reports as needed
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Network Connectivity team and other departments to fulfill equipment requests and support project needs
Requirements
- 2-5 years of logistics experience
- Supply chain knowledge and technical familiarity to manage the procurement, inventory, and distribution of hardware and software
- Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Excel
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with IT inventory management, inventory tracking, and vendor coordination
- Experience with ServiceNow
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
