Job Description
The Women’s Health Collective is offering an exciting opportunity for a
Senior Manager of Information Technology to join our team. This role involves collaborating with the WHC Leadership team, Pharmavite’s broader IT organization, and our managed IT services provider (RSM) to assess IT needs, and implement enhancements to our current IT infrastructure. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this role requires a strategic mindset, hands-on approach, and a positive attitude to utilize IT to foster business improvement.
Responsibilities
- Ensure external customer satisfaction while instilling confidence and trust across the company’s network of employees, suppliers and customers.
- Partner with Pharmavite IT to implement the long-term, strategic vision while managing the day-to-day operations in partnership with our Information Technology vendor, RSM, including help desk and network administration.
- Plan and execute strategic IT projects designed to enhance employee productivity, IT security, knowledge sharing and business performance.
- Lead IT integration workstreams between our affiliated and parent companies.
- Devise and establish IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by senior leadership.
- Strategically design, implement and constantly analyze a robust IT infrastructure, encompassing servers, storage, network, and security systems, with a focus on ensuring growth, enhancing security, maintaining operational flexibility, and guaranteeing reliability to support the evolving needs of the organization.
- Select and procure company equipment based on optimal performance and suitability for specific job requirements, prioritizing quality and fit to ensure efficient and effective operations while managing and maintaining an up-to-date inventory of IT assets; manage software licensing to ensure compliance.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related technical discipline and a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in IT roles with increasing responsibility.
- Extensive experience with industry-standard software, including ERPs, CRMs, and Microsoft-based products; experience with Microsoft O365, Salesforce and Egnyte are strongly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in network and systems administration, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

SALARY RANGE
National Target Base Pay Range: $115,000.00 - $195,000.00. The salary range for this position is based on national standards.
For candidates in California and New York metro the Target Base Pay Range is $127,000 - $217,000, to reflect the cost of living and market conditions in those areas.
Actual compensation will take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location, education, experience, qualifications and job-related skills. It is not typical for an individual to be hired above the midpoint of the range for their role and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. This information is provided to applicants in accordance with state and local laws.
Base pay is only one component of our total rewards offerings, and we will take the full offering into consideration when presenting an offer of employment. Our total rewards package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, Medical, dental and vision benefits, 401K match, and other wellness benefits.
This represents the minimum and maximum base salary range for this role, plus annual incentive. Various elements are used to determine a candidate’s starting salary such as job experience, specific skills, and comparison to internal incumbents currently in the role.
