Position Overview:
This is a hands-on opportunity for someone looking to grow a career in construction management. Whether you’ve studied construction in school, worked in the trades, or supported projects in another capacity, this role will give you direct experience on real job sites. You’ll assist our senior field leadership with day-to-day project coordination, site logistics, and job tracking. Training is provided, but attention to detail, reliability, and a strong work ethic are required. Some construction background is required.
What You’ll Do:
- Site visit's to assist with job flow and subcontractor coordination
- Take progress photos, track deliveries, and update internal project logs
- Help organize materials, schedule inspections, and support walkthroughs
- Communicate site updates to office team using construction software
- Flag and report issues promptly to management
- Interact with clients during the renovation phase
What We’re Looking For:
- Construction-related education or experience (school, trades, labor, or support)
- Organized, reliable, and eager to learn
- Strong communicator with a positive, solution-oriented mindset
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to be on job sites across Nassau and Suffolk counties
