The Company Technology team is seeking an experienced IT Security Project Manager. This role reports to the Sr. PMO and works closely with the Director of IT.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline, and approximately 10+ years of experience managing or leading IT projects or programs. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
- Ability to oversee multiple concurrent workstreams and effectively shift between priorities.
- Working knowledge of infrastructure and security domains, including compute, networking, storage, data centers, and security initiatives.
- Exposure to disaster recovery and business continuity concepts is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and communicate overall program schedules, including timelines, deliverables, and interdependencies across workstreams.
- Lead recurring project meetings, document progress, and ensure deliverables remain on track.
- Manage program financials, including budget tracking, invoice reconciliation, purchase requests, and cash flow forecasting.
- Monitor progress across infrastructure and security workstreams, including data center, compute, network, storage, database, cloud, and security, and drive overdue items to completion.
- Prepare executive-level updates, facilitate steering committee discussions, and escalate risks and decisions as needed.
- Support agile planning activities, helping teams identify and remove obstacles, manage dependencies, and maintain consistent delivery.
- Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure timely delivery of equipment and milestones, and escalate issues when necessary.
