Job Description We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead industrial coating projects with a focus on New York State Department of Transportation (NYS DOT) compliance. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, excelled communication skills, accurate job costing, and the ability to foster teamwork and accountability.

Responsibilities

Manage all phases of industrial coating projects from planning through completion.
Ensure compliance with NYS DOT specifications and safety standards.
Prepare and maintain accurate job costing, budgets, and financial reports.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to meet deadlines and quality goals.
Lead and motivate project teams, promoting strong team ethics and collaboration.
Maintain detailed project documentation and schedules.

Qualifications

Required: Experience managing projects involving NYS DOT standards.
Minimum 5 years of project management experience in industrial coatings or related construction fields.
Strong knowledge of job costing and budgeting.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
PMP certification or equivalent (preferred).
