About the Role
Beckons is seeking an IT Manager to look after technology systems across our growing portfolio of luxury lodges. Based in our Denver office, this role covers infrastructure, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, and guest-facing technology, working closely with property teams across Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and Chile.
This is a hands-on role. You will manage day-to-day IT administration for the Denver office, lead IT resources in Sydney and Santiago, and help coordinate external vendor relationships. You will also play a part in encouraging AI adoption across the business, helping both technical and non-technical teams get comfortable using new tools.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting and maintaining lodge and corporate IT systems, including PMS, POS, CRM, reservations, Wi-Fi, and communications platforms
- Managing day-to-day IT administration, end-user support, troubleshooting, and system configuration for the Denver office
- Helping maintain cybersecurity protocols, data protection compliance, and disaster recovery procedures
- Supporting technology solutions that enhance the guest journey, including mobile integrations, digital communications, and in-room experiences
- Staying current with AI developments and helping drive practical AI adoption across the business
- Contributing to the IT roadmap and budget planning
About You
You're a practical, curious IT professional who enjoys solving problems day to day and is keen to grow into a broader technology role.
You will ideally bring:
- 3 to 5 years of IT experience, ideally including some exposure to multi-site environments
- Good working knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and enterprise applications
- Some experience with hospitality systems such as PMS, POS, CRM, and booking engines (or a willingness to learn)
- An interest in AI technologies and enthusiasm for helping others adopt new tools
- Familiarity with cloud services, network security, and remote support models
- Good communication and collaboration skills across teams
- A hands-on, self-sufficient approach to IT support
- Current US working rights
