Salary: $55,000-$70,000

Responsibilities:

Act as main point of contact for key customers becoming the go-to person for service and communication;
Provide regular shipping updates and maintain performance scorecard for each client;
Identify new bid opportunities to maximize potential of current accounts;
Schedule quarterly business reviews with customers and operations team relative to account performance;
Work in collaboration with sales team to service and grow the account;
Become a subject matter expert on shipping, logistics and transportation industry;
Provide world-class customer service to our clients.

Requirements:

3-7 years experience as an Account Manager, Sales Executive or relevant role;
A sales/growth mindset associated with organic growth from client base;
Experience with customer TMS systems, customer standard scorecard KPI requirements, quoting ability, some coverage skills and award management.
Experience with Salesforce
Experience with Microsoft Suite
Proven ability to develop and grow existing accounts;
Organized operator with customer facing sales skills, excellent oral and written communicator, excellent in a high stress/fast paced environment and great person to person engagement skills.
Strong work ethic and burning desire to win that is showcased through outworking the competition;
