The Brunswick Supply Chain / Transportation and Logistics Specialist is responsible for multiple aspects of operations, inventory, inbound and outbound shipment scheduling at the Brunswick location. This is an important position that has certain responsibilities and expectations. This position will assist in oversight of the warehouse under the direction of the Director of Operations.
Supple Chain And Inventory Duties Will Include The Following
- Researching and resolving inventory issues with assistance from the Warehouse Manager.
- Inventory bin consolidation
- Establishing and maintaining an inventory cycle count program
- Re-allocating inventory on orders
- Ensuring returns are processed accurately and closed out.
- Schedules all inbound deliveries
- Directs inbound material distribution of material throughout all warehouses
- Establishing program for evaluation and disposition of E&O material
- Ensure all stock transfers are received in timely manner.
- Responsible for receiving all special-order items.
Transportation And Logistics Duties Will Include The Following
- Organize all truck route orders and route trucks and set following day delivery schedule
- E-mail out truck delivery schedule
- Point of contact for sales team to schedule residential deliveries
- Liaison between customer service team and warehouse team
- Gate keeper for cut-off times
- Primary point of contact for add on requests past cut-off
- Schedules all inbound deliveries
- Invoicing all orders
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
