Role Description The Logistics Operations role at BuenoSpa is a full-time, on-site position based in Langhorne, PA. This role is responsible for coordinating daily logistics activities, including managing transportation schedules, tracking shipments, and overseeing warehouse inventory to ensure timely delivery of spa products. The position involves monitoring supply chain processes, resolving delivery or fulfillment issues, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to maintain accurate order and distribution information. The Logistics Operations team member will also support customer service by providing shipment updates, handling logistics-related inquiries, and maintaining clear, professional communication with stakeholders. Continuous improvement of logistics workflows, documentation accuracy, and adherence to safety and quality standards are also key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret logistics data, optimize routes, and improve supply chain efficiency.
- Customer Service and Communication skills to manage inquiries, provide shipment updates, and collaborate with internal and external partners.
- Experience with Transportation Management and Supply Chain Management to coordinate carriers, monitor inventory flow, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Proficiency with logistics and inventory management systems, spreadsheets, and basic reporting tools.
- Relevant experience in logistics, distribution, or warehouse operations; prior experience in consumer goods or manufacturing is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Langhorne, PA, and to handle a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field is preferred.
