Role Description
The VP will oversee and manage transportation operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes across the organization. Daily responsibilities will include strategic planning, profit and loss (P&L) management, project oversight, and the development of customer service policies and standards. This role demands effective leadership, strategic decision-making, and collaboration with key stakeholders to drive operational success.
Qualifications
- Strong skills and proven experience in P&L Management and Transportation Management
- Proficiency in Project Management and Strategic Planning
- Excellent Customer Service skills and the ability to develop and implement policies that enhance client satisfaction
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities
- Outstanding problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Experience in transportation or logistics industries is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
