Job Title: International Logistics Analyst
Location: Ewing, New Jersey
Type: Contract
Compensation: $24/hour
Contractor Work Model: Remote – offsite
Hours: 8:30am-4:30pm
Role Summary
We are seeking a temporary International Logistics Analyst to support order management and export operations for Global Markets Group (GMG) distributors and subsidiaries worldwide. This role provides essential administrative and operational support during key growth initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Enter and manage customer orders in SAP
• Generate reports using SAP, Excel, and Power BI; provide basic data analysis
• Prepare and distribute export documentation via Outlook
• Support global order management and export operations
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity
• Assist with administrative tasks and team support during ongoing projects
• Collaborate with internal teams and follow established processes
Required Qualifications
• High School Diploma
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)
• Experience with SAP (or similar ERP) and Power BI preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat Pro
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision
• Strong written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in international logistics, order management, or exports
• Familiarity with global business operations and multi-region support
