We are looking for a Logistics & Customs Manager to support the growth of our US subsidiary.
This role is key in ensuring efficient logistics operations while guaranteeing full compliance with US customs regulations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customs Compliance
- Ensure full compliance of all import/export flows with US regulations (CBP, Fish & Wildlife, Lacey Act, etc.)
- Act as main point of contact with customs brokers and freight forwarders
- Oversee customs declarations, post-entry processes, and liquidation reviews
- Manage special regimes (e.g. TIB) and ensure regulatory compliance
- Maintain accurate and audit-ready documentation and records
- Conduct regulatory monitoring and implement necessary adaptations
- Contribute to the formalization and continuous improvement of customs procedures
Logistics & Transportation
- Manage and optimize all transportation flows (valuable & non-valuable goods)
- Coordinate logistics for retail operations, events, and store projects
- Monitor performance, costs, and service levels of logistics partners
- Maintain a transport and logistics incident/dispute register and follow up with vendors
3PL & Non-Valuable Operations
- Oversee 3PL partners (performance, costs, processes)
- Manage non-valuable inventory and distribution across the US
- Coordinate order fulfillment with internal teams (Retail, Marketing, VM, Events)
- Structure and improve logistics processes to support business growth
Coordination & Governance
- Work in close collaboration with HQ Logistics & Customs teams (Paris)
- Ensure consistency with global standards and processes
- Operate under the functional supervision of the Logistics & Customs Director
PROFILE
- 3–5+ years in logistics / supply chain
- Strong knowledge of US customs regulations
- Experience with brokers and freight forwarders
- Detail-oriented, structured and highly accountable
- Strong coordination and communication skills
