Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Apparel Logistics Specialist for a full-time, on-site role at our New York, NY headquarters. Responsibilities include managing supply chain operations, coordinating shipments, and ensuring timely delivery of products. The role involves working closely with internal teams, retailers, and external partners to streamline logistical processes and export operations. A strong emphasis is placed on maintaining exceptional communication with vendors and clients to meet their needs and optimize customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Management and Export to oversee product movement and compliance with regulations.
- Excellent Analytical Skills to track and optimize logistical processes and support decision-making.
- Experience in the apparel or retail industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in logistics software and tools is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Salary: $60,000 - $65,000
