We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring efficiency, quality, and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to new jobs and service calls
- Manage restoration projects and team members effectively
- Ensure high-quality water mitigation services on every job
- Maintain strict quality control and adherence to company drying standards
- Schedule jobs efficiently and monitor progress throughout completion
- Deliver excellent customer service and client communication
- Maintain detailed job documentation, including daily progress logs, photo documentation, mobile app reporting, and accurate completion of all company forms.
Requirements
- IICRC certification (preferred)
- Experience in water mitigation/restoration
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs regularly
- Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces (crawl spaces, attics)
- Availability for on-call, 24/7 emergency response rotation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Professional appearance (uniform provided)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
