ABOUT THE JOB:

We’re looking for a Residential Landscape Project Manager who thrives in a leadership role and takes pride in turning well-designed plans into exceptional finished spaces.
In this role, you will be the driving force behind successful project delivery. You’ll lead crews, coordinate moving parts, and ensure that each project runs smoothly, stays on track, and meets the high standards our clients expect. Your work directly impacts client satisfaction, team performance, and the overall success and growth of our residential outdoor living department.
This is a position for someone who enjoys being in the field, making decisions, solving problems in real time, and leading by example. You’ll have the autonomy to run your projects, the support of an experienced team, and the opportunity to build systems and people that elevate how we operate.

REQUIREMENTS:
Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of experience leading, managing, and installing landscape projects
- Proven ability to read and interpret plans and blueprints
- Backflow Certification and/or Landscape Contractor’s License (LCP) is a plus
Technical Expertise
- Hardscapes: Pavers, patios, retaining walls, and masonry installation
- Carpentry: Fences, decks, framing, pergolas, arbors, and freestanding structures
- Irrigation (installation & basic design): Mainlines, backflows, valves, spray systems, drip systems, controllers, communication wire, and troubleshooting
- Landscape Fundamentals: Soil preparation, grading, drainage, plant knowledge, turf installation, and slope management
Equipment Proficiency
- Experience operating equipment such as excavators, skid steers, trenchers, forklifts, sod cutters, compactors, laser levels, saws, and standard hand tools
Technology & Systems
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with Bluebeam Revu or similar software is a plus
Interpersonal & Leadership Skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively in the field
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
