About the Role
To strengthen their team in Orlando, we are seeking driven individuals eager to build a career in a fast-growing industry. You will be the primary coordinator for shipment documentation and broker communication. The position ensures accuracy and compliance across shipping activities while supporting on-site shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
Responsibilities
- Broker & Trade Compliance
- Serve as main point of contact for customs brokers
- Prepare and validate shipping documentation
- Ensure Incoterms are accurate and consistent across transactions
- Identify and escalate discrepancies or compliance risks
- Shipment Coordination
- Coordinate with HQ to align shipment details and documentation
- Track shipments and resolve delivery or documentation issues
- Manage shipping and receiving of equipment and packages
- Receive, inspect, test, label, organize, and track incoming parts
- Inventory Control
- Maintain accurate inventory records and track movements
- Perform periodic inventory checks
- Maintain the North America spare parts inventory strategy, including defining stock levels, usage rationale, lead times, and criticality - creating a structured and auditable inventory system
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- minimum 3–5 years in logistics, shipping, or supply chain coordination
Required Skills
- Experience with customs brokers and international shipments
- Familiarity with inventory tracking, spare parts management, warehouse operations
- Exposure to import/export or trade compliance is preferred
- Experience working with international teams is a plus
- Experience in ISO-regulated environments (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001) is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with careful attention to detail
- You impress with your communication skills and are comfortable working with technical teams, inventory systems, CRM systems, and internal stakeholders

- Strong sense of ownership and follow-through
- Comfortable with both hands-on and administrative work
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Excel and data tracking skills
- Strong written and verbal English skills
