What You'll Do
Establish and maintain a collaborative working relationship with internal and external stakeholders on refurbishment hub operationsWork closely with corresponding Tesla Analyst– ensuring open communications, and a complete understanding of all internal processes and proceduresAct as a liaison for off-site analysts with third-party logistics carriers, and refurbishment managementCollaborate with local Tesla Refurbishment team to identify and mitigate local logistics concerns. Including on-site vehicle management/movementAssess vehicle readiness, using basic to intermediate automotive mechanical knowledge, on both inbound and outbound movements. Coordinating directly with internal teams to address concerns and minimize delays through on-site processingThorough recording and subsequent reporting of discrepancies in process, quality, in both internal and external providers
What You'll Bring
2 – 5 years in Supply Chain and Yard Management experience and evidence of exceptional abilityAbility to work extended hours and weekends contingent on business needsAbility to travel to various Tesla locations as needed up to 20% of the timeAccess to reliable transportation to navigate between different Tesla sitesExcellent written and oral communication skillsProficient computer skills, especially in Excel and other database systemsAbility to sit and or walk 8-10 hours per day. Must be willing to work in weather conditions
