The Mission: Standardize, Scale, and Serve
As our Vice President of Operations, you will be the primary architect of our expansion into Maryland, Florida, and Texas. You will ensure that as we grow, we never lose the "Cardinal Way” - our commitment to integrating physical safety with a positive climate and an effective culture.
Key Executive Mandates:
- Scale the Infrastructure: Transition CPHSG from a regional leader to a national enterprise. You will build the "Branch-in-a-Box" SOPs that enable us to plant flags in new states while maintaining the high standards our PA and NJ clients expect.
- Guardian of the P&L: You defend operational margins for a $14M+ organization by optimizing workforce logistics and overtime, ensuring our front-line "Protectors" have the resources they need to succeed.
- Own Key Performance Indicators: You will own KPIs for work schedules, vacancies, overtime, tardiness, contract renewals, and performance, and create and implement corrective action plans to meet goals.
- Community-Centric Leadership: You will oversee operations that save lives across a diverse portfolio—from helping school districts navigate government compliance to securing houses of worship, providing elite protection for corporate headquarters, and safeguarding the residences of high-net-worth individuals.
- Technological Integration: You will lead our effort to use technology as a common denominator by implementing advanced guard-touring, AI surveillance, and real-time reporting to deliver unmatched value to our partners.
Education and Professional Background
We are seeking a leader who speaks the language of protection and possesses the academic rigor to manage complex organizational growth.
- Required Education: A bachelor’s degree in Homeland Security, Law Enforcement, or a related field.
- Preferred Education: A master’s degree with a specific emphasis on Security is strongly preferred.
- Professional Pedigree: We strongly prefer candidates who have served as members of the U.S. Armed Forces, as police officers, as federal law enforcement agents, or as officials in the Department of Homeland Security.
