About the Role
Well-established NYC restoration contractor that is actively hiring a Project Manager due to a strong pipeline of secured work.
This is a high-impact role delivering exterior restoration and facade projects across New York City, including occupied buildings and complex, fast-paced sites.
The company has a proven track record of delivering quality work, moving quickly on hires, and maintaining a consistent backlog of projects.
You will take ownership of multiple projects from pre-construction through completion, working closely with field teams, subcontractors, and clients.
Responsibilities
- Managing project schedules, budgets, and overall delivery
- Overseeing subcontractors and coordinating site operations
- Working on facade, concrete, masonry, roofing, and waterproofing scopes
- Managing projects on occupied buildings and live environments
- Handling client communication and project reporting
- Ensuring safety, quality, and compliance standards are met
Experience Required
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction
- Strong background in exterior restoration, facade, or building envelope projects
- Experience managing NYC-based projects, ideally with FISP or Local Law 11 exposure
- Ability to run multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong commercial awareness and leadership skills
