Project Manager – Global B2B eCommerce
Location: Irving, TX (100% onsite)
Experience: Mid-level, 4+ years minimum YOE
Industry: Industrial Manufacturing & Strategic Procurement
Contract Duration: 1-year to start, intentions to extent or convert at a later date
Pay Range: $42-47/hr W2 + Benefits
The Role
- As a Project Manager within the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) team, you will ensure that dealers have the visibility and data they need to make smart purchasing decisions.
- You will act as the primary lead for bridging Product Groups, Supply Chain partners, and Digital teams to streamline how work tools and attachments are planned, ordered, and delivered globally.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Improve visibility and data-driven decision-making for dealer Sales & Operations Planning, ensuring disciplined execution across the global network.
- Collaborate with Product Group teams to strengthen planning initiatives and manage the Work Tools S&OP Program lifecycle.
- Oversee monthly S&OP cycles to identify trends, outliers, and opportunities for optimization.
- Lead the rollout of S&OP programs on a global scale, providing direct guidance and support to international dealer organizations.
- Coordinate and align priorities across dealers, digital teams, and supply chain partners to ensure seamless execution.
- Support the development and deployment of compatibility tools, including retroactive serial number search functionality, to enhance the customer experience.
What You Bring to the Table
- Project Management - You have 4+ years of experience managing complex projects and workflows in a fast-paced environment.
- You are comfortable presenting to stakeholders and external dealers, translating technical data into actionable business insights.
- Expert-level Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience with DevOps and the MS Office Suite.
- Power BI proficiency.
- You are eager to learn and thrive when working with diverse product lines and cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working with an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or large-scale manufacturer.
- Experience building or supporting customer-facing digital tools.
- Familiarity with strategic procurement or global supply chain planning.
