Are you a Quality Engineer with strong GD&T, statistical analysis, and quality systems experience, looking to join a market-leading manufacturer where you’ll play a key role in supporting new product launches and driving quality excellence?
This company is a leader in its field and is well known for delivering high-quality products and service in the Hartford area. They are now seeking a Quality Engineer to play a critical role in ensuring product quality and supporting the company’s continued growth.
Once fully trained, you’ll take ownership of key quality processes, data analysis, and internal validation protocols. You'll work closely with Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to ensure all product and process changes meet the highest standards.
This role would suit a Quality Engineer with strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a manufacturing environment, looking to work for a long-term business that offers excellent benefits and work-life balance.
The Role:
- Analyze quality data using statistical tools (Minitab)
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure product and process quality standards are met
- Maintain and update quality documentation, procedures, and reports
- Monday to Friday – 45 hour week – 1st shift
The Person:
- Strong experience with GD&T, blueprint reading, and statistical analysis
- Experience using Minitab and ERP systems
- Background in manufacturing quality engineering or similar
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- Knowledge of ISO standards and quality systems
