Job Title: Quality Control Engineer

We are seeking a Quality Engineer for growing team. He/ She is responsible for ensuring product and process quality across aerospace precision manufacturing operations. This role partners with manufacturing, customers, and suppliers to drive compliance, continuous improvement, and a Zero Defects / Right First Time culture. The Quality Engineer plays a key role in quality planning, problem resolution, and the ongoing enhancement of Quality Management Systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze product and process data to drive quality and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain Quality Plans, Inspection Plans, SPC, PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, and FAIR (AS9102).
- Lead root cause and corrective action (RCCA) activities and support MRB and nonconformance management.
- Serve as the quality interface with customers, suppliers, and regulatory agencies.
- Support new product/process launches and ongoing operational excellence initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience in aerospace or precision manufacturing quality.
- Strong knowledge of AS9100, customer specifications, and quality tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and customer requirement interpretation skills.
