The Role:
*Lead daily manufacturing and assembly operations to ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery of products
*Drive continuous improvement initiatives
*Collaborate with engineering, quality, supply chain, and leadership teams to optimize manufacturing processes
*Develop and lead a high-performing manufacturing team in a growing start-up environment
The Candidate:
*Experience in manufacturing management
*Strong background in safety, compliance, and quality management within a manufacturing or production environment
*Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and manufacturing software (NetSuite experience a plus)
*Experience with ISO standards and quality management systems preferred
