Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for an Project Coordinator for a growing regional contractor in Connecticut. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity located in Bridgeport, CT.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator??????? to support pavement marking and highway safety projects. This role provides a mix of office and field exposure, supporting the Operations team with project coordination, scheduling, and reporting. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys contributing to construction and infrastructure operations.

Responsibilities

Assist with project coordination, scheduling, and documentation across multiple projects
Track project costs, timelines, and deliverables using Excel and project management tools
Support communication between office staff, field teams, and subcontractors
Maintain project records, reports, and compliance documentation
Contribute to identifying efficiencies and supporting project execution
Assist with onboarding and training new project team members as needed

Qualifications

Project coordination or project support experience in a construction or operational setting
Strong Excel and data tracking skills for project reporting
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills with both field and office teams
Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused approach

Compensation And Benefits

Base salary: $75,000 – $95,000, DOE
