Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Information Technology Manager based in Reidsville NC. The IT Manager will oversee the organization’s IT infrastructure, manage system operations, and lead technology projects. Responsibilities include planning and implementing IT policies, ensuring network security, troubleshooting technical issues, managing software applications, and coordinating with vendors. The role also involves leading, mentoring, and supporting team members to foster collaboration and efficiency in meeting the organization’s technological needs.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems administration, and network management
Proficiency in troubleshooting, technical support, and maintaining hardware and software systems
Experience in project management, team leadership, and coordinating vendor relationships
Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Understanding of best practices and risk management
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Experience in the energy, fuel, or lubricants industry is a plus
