Manufacturing Quality Engineer
Dallas–Fort Worth, TX (On-site)
Our client is seeking a Manufacturing Quality Engineer to support a fast-paced production environment. This is a hands-on role focused on improving product quality, reducing defects, and working directly with operations on the plant floor.
What you’ll be doing:
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions tied to production issues
• Support APQP processes including PPAP, PFMEA, and Control Plans
• Partner with operations to improve yield, reduce scrap, and strengthen processes
• Support new product launches and ensure quality readiness
What they’re looking for:
• Experience in manufacturing quality within a metal-based environment (machining, CNC, fabrication, etc.)
• Strong understanding of core quality tools and how they apply in production
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a production-driven setting
Nice to have:
• Automotive, industrial, HVAC, or equipment manufacturing background
• ISO or IATF experience
• Lean or Six Sigma exposure
