Square 1 Builders is a growing residential construction company focused on building high-quality custom homes while creating a positive experience for our clients throughout the building process.
We are looking for a Residential Construction Project Manager who takes pride in their work, communicates well with homeowners and contractors, and enjoys solving problems and keeping projects moving forward.
Our Project Managers play a key role in coordinating subcontractors, maintaining schedules, and ensuring every home meets our quality standards.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily construction activities for multiple residential building projects
- Maintain and update construction schedules to keep homes on track
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and trade partners
- Conduct regular jobsite inspections for quality and safety
- Manage and document change orders
- Communicate project progress with homeowners and internal office staff
- Ensure each job site remains clean, organized, and safe
- Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors
- Identify and solve jobsite challenges proactively
- Ensure all work meets Square 1 Builders’ quality standards
Qualifications
- 2+ years of residential construction project management experience preferred
- Strong understanding of residential construction practices and building codes
- Ability to manage multiple job sites simultaneously
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Experience with construction management software such as JobTread, Buildertrend, or similar platforms is a plus
- Existing relationships with local subcontractors are a plus
