Vice President of Engineering to lead our multidisciplinary MEP team and shape the future of mission-critical design.
This role isn't about oversight-it's about ownership. You'll set the technical standard, develop engineering leaders, and drive delivery with clarity and confidence. What You'll Do
- Set technical direction and lead a high-performing MEP team.
- Ensure design quality that's code-compliant, constructible, and future-ready.
- Mentor engineering leaders and cultivate a high-accountability culture.
- Partner with PMs and clients to deliver on time and with precision.
- Drive innovation across workflows, tools, and sustainable design practices.
What You Bring
- 15+ years in MEP engineering experience and 8+ in technical leadership required.
- Master's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Strong command of complex systems, design standards, and tools like Revit.
- A track record of growing teams and delivering at scale.
- Bonus: commissioning, sustainability, or digital ops experience.
