Klaritee is expanding its technical foundation as our systems grow in capability, scale, and external adoption. This role provides steady leadership over platform reliability, infrastructure planning, and the engineering backbone that supports the entire ecosystem. The Head of Engineering (Platform & Infrastructure) will help shape core architecture decisions, guide technical execution, and ensure the environment remains stable, secure, and scalable as new features and partnerships roll out.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development, maintenance, and evolution of Klaritee’s core platform and infrastructure.
- Work closely with product and executive leadership to ensure system stability and long-term reliability.
- Oversee deployment pipelines, backend architecture, performance optimization, and infrastructure planning.
- Establish engineering best practices for security, availability, and operational clarity.
- Guide technical decisions that affect scalability, risk, and future architectural direction.
- Lead team growth, technical hiring, and engineering culture when appropriate.
- Maintain clear documentation, operational workflows, and technical standards.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on platform, infrastructure, or systems architecture.
- Strong experience with cloud environments, distributed systems, and production-level reliability.
- Ability to lead engineering direction with balanced judgment and clear communication.
- Experience building or maintaining complex technical systems in growth environments.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced technical degrees welcome but not required.
Helpful Experience
- Experience with AI-adjacent platforms, analytical systems, or high-integrity computational environments.
- Background in security-first engineering or regulatory environments.
- Familiarity with scaling early-stage platforms from prototype to enterprise-ready architecture.
- Ability to balance speed and stability in decision-making.
