Job Title: Mobile Technology Standardization Project PMO – Level 4

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (PMO Level 4) to support a large-scale Mobile Technology Standardization and Device Rollout Program within a major enterprise environment.
This is a pure Project Manager role (not Service Delivery). The ideal candidate must have strong experience managing end-user technology deployment initiatives across tens of thousands of users/devices in large enterprise or financial services organizations.
Candidates should demonstrate strong tenure in previous roles (minimum 9+ months per engagement) and proven experience in enterprise-scale technology rollouts.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and maintain detailed workstream schedules.
- Lead workstream meeting management and coordination.
- Prepare and present updates for program steering committees.
- Manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
- Produce regular project status reports and dashboards.
- Maintain strong project governance and lifecycle controls.
- Ensure adherence to enterprise program management standards and templates.
- Manage and maintain project documentation repositories (SharePoint).
- Support end-user device rollout initiatives (mobile devices, PCs, monitors, peripherals, software deployments).
- Collaborate across technology, operations, and business teams to drive execution at scale.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of Project Management / PMO experience.
- Strong experience managing projects in large enterprise-level organizations.
- Experience in financial services or consulting firms is required.
- Demonstrated experience managing end-user technology deployments at scale (tens of thousands of devices/users).
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle, governance, and enterprise controls.
- Excellent RAID management and reporting skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Visio.
- Strong attention to detail and structured problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Pure Project Manager background (not Service Delivery focused).
- Experience managing large mobile device or enterprise hardware rollouts.
- Strong longevity in prior roles (no short-term engagements under 9 months).
- Experience preparing steering committee packs and executive-level reporting.
- Experience working within highly regulated enterprise environments.
