About Brand Your
Brand Your is modernising the packaging industry. We help brands create custom packaging that is accessible, fast to produce and strong enough to carry their identity with confidence.
We have grown from a simple idea into one of the fastest growing businesses in the sector, supporting thousands of cafés, bakeries, restaurants and retailers, from neighbourhood favourites to names including Blank Street and Go Puff. Clients choose us because we make branded packaging easy, removing high minimums, long waits and complex ordering with sensible quantities, quick lead times and a seamless digital platform.
Our platform offers instant transparent pricing, intuitive ordering tools and advanced tracking, making the process simple for independents and multi site groups. Behind the scenes we run an asset light, cash flow positive model with a resilient supply chain and strong customer loyalty.
In 2025 we expanded into the United States as part of our international growth. We are building a team that shares our ambition to transform an outdated market and scale a category defining packaging platform. For Brand Your, supply chain and fulfilment excellence is a core competitive advantage.
The Role
Location: UK or US
We are looking for a Supply Chain Lead to take ownership of our supply chain across European and US markets. You will work alongside our existing supplier and fulfilment partners to professionalise operations, improve performance and build the infrastructure needed to scale. This role covers the full scope: supplier network, procurement, quality, logistics and fulfilment performance. You will build the systems, partnerships and operating rhythm that improve lead times, strengthen margins, reduce issues and scale reliably as volume grows.
This is a high-ownership role that sits at the centre of customer experience and company profitability. Whether you are a proven operator stepping up into a broader remit or an experienced supply chain leader ready to build something from the ground up, we want to hear from you. Seniority and title will reflect the experience and capability you bring.
What You'll Do
- Take over and own end-to-end supply chain across European and US markets, working alongside existing supplier and fulfilment partners
- Build and manage a strong supplier network (domestic and international), including capacity planning and onboarding new suppliers
- Own procurement and vendor negotiations: pricing, MOQs, lead times, service levels and accountability
- Implement supplier performance management: OTIF, quality, responsiveness, defect reduction and rework tracking
- Oversee logistics and fulfilment outcomes: accurate, on-time deliveries, pallet bookings and efficient shipping operations
- Coordinate with customer service teams on order tracking, invoicing, order issues and delivery expectations
- Develop forecasting and capacity planning to support growth and seasonal demand across both markets
- Drive cost-down initiatives and margin improvement through better sourcing and operational rigor
- Build documentation and process: SKUs, specs, certifications, lead time matrices, supplier scorecards and SOPs
- Standardise and manage bespoke quote requests, ensuring pricing accuracy and turnaround speed
- Lead risk and contingency planning: backup suppliers, alternate freight options, material availability
- Partner closely with Operations, Sales and Customer teams to align what we sell with what we can deliver reliably
- Source new products and maintain up-to-date knowledge of product range and pricing
- Track and own key supply chain KPIs: OTIF, cost-per-order, defect rate, lead time accuracy and supplier scorecard performance
- Use data and reporting to drive decisions — build dashboards and visibility tools that keep the team and leadership informed
- Support sustainability and compliance requirements across the supply chain, including material certifications, food-contact compliance and emerging regulatory frameworks
Who You Are
- 3+ years in supply chain, procurement, sourcing, operations or fulfilment
- Multi-country supply chain experience - you have managed operations or suppliers across more than one market
- Strong track record improving cost, lead time, quality and delivery performance
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to build long-term vendor partnerships
- Commercial mindset: understands unit economics, landed cost and margin trade-offs
- Systems-and-process driven: you build scalable playbooks and love operational clarity
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments with high accountability and autonomy
- Strong communicator who collaborates well across functions
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
Ideal:
- F&B or packaging supply chain background (materials, print, food-contact compliance where relevant)
- Multi-supplier or global sourcing experience across Europe and the US
- Experience scaling supply chain or operations in a fast-growing D2C or B2B business
- Familiarity with ERP systems, fulfilment management tools and reporting/BI dashboards
- Interest in or experience with sustainability frameworks, packaging compliance or environmental certifications
- Experience using data and analytics to drive supply chain decisions (demand forecasting, cost modelling, performance reporting)
What You'll Gain
- High-ownership role central to growth, customer experience and margin across two markets
- Close partnership with leadership and real influence on strategy and execution
- The chance to build a best-in-class supply chain and fulfilment function as we scale across Europe and the US
- Competitive base salary + bonus, with potential equity as part of the overall package
