Macdonald & Company is exclusively partnered with a national luxury multifamily developer to appoint a Project Manager for their in-house GC, overseeing complex high-rise and podium projects across DFW.
This is a true owner-developer environment delivering institutional, Class A urban product, concrete high-rises, podium builds, mixed-use components, and high-end interior finishes.
The Project Manager will lead projects from preconstruction through delivery, working closely with development, design, capital, and executive leadership to ensure projects are delivered on budget, on schedule, and to luxury-level quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all phases of high-rise / podium construction (Type I concrete, structured parking, mixed-use)
- Drive preconstruction strategy, budgeting, GMP negotiations, and scheduling
- Oversee field leadership, subcontractors, and consultants
- Manage cost reporting, forecasting, and change order processes
- Run OAC meetings and coordinate directly with ownership
- Ensure quality execution aligned with luxury finishes and brand standards
Ideal Background:
- 10+ years of multifamily construction experience
- Direct experience with luxury high-rise or podium projects
- Strong concrete structure knowledge
- Experience managing large budgets and complex urban builds
- Comfortable operating within a vertically integrated developer platform
