TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive product returned by our customers following our system quality inspection/reception protocol to record in our ERP system.
- Record serial number of all devices/accessories and spare parts returned from the field.
- Manage the Loaner fleet provided to EMS customers.
- Document all loaners shipped to customers.
- Maintain follow-up protocol to ensure appropriate return of all loaners due for return.
- Maintain, list, and manage all data collected from the market on our products with EMS’ CRM system.
- Ensure coordination with regards to servicing equipment: first in first out process.
- Ensure the defined deadlines for repairs in the system.
- Ensure all repairs/maintenances are successfully completed and subsequently documented in our Financial & Operations/CRM systems on time.
- Enter the necessary information in CRM to maintain accurate file traceability.
- Follow the safety rules concerning the return of the “contaminated” products After repair/maintenance services, successfully prepare the devices and/or accessories or spare parts following internal packaging and shipping procedures.
- Inventory control/cycle counts as required by Group leader.
- Pick and Pack sales orders/Show events.
- Receive and Quarantine non-conforming items, and/or returns.
- Receive incoming shipments alongside Group Leader and verify all items as per packing list from Nyon.
- Clean Shipping area at the end of the day, ensuring area is prepped for next day.
- Empty trash daily to outside bin as needed.
- Other reasonable tasks to be assigned by management, based on the need of the department.
EDUCATION
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education or certification in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is a plus.
- 1–3 years of experience in a logistics, warehouse, or operations support role, preferably in a regulated or medical device environment.
- Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems; experience with inventory management and data entry tools is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation, product tracking, and system updates.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
- Organized, dependable, and proactive with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Team player with good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
- Basic understanding of safety and hygiene rules related to handling returned or contaminated products.
- Physical ability to lift, move, and pack items as needed.
- Comfortable using basic Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
