Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Operations Coordinator, based in Manhattan, NY, with the option of remote work for part of the week. The Operations Coordinator will manage daily operational processes, coordinate shipments, liaise with clients and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries, and oversee inventory management. The role also includes maintaining records, preparing reports, and improving operational workflows to drive efficiency and ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in supply chain management, logistics coordination, and inventory control.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients, suppliers, and team members.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize operational workflows and ensure accuracy in tasks.
- Proficiency in using business software such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with ERP systems.
- Relevant educational background, such as a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience in international trade or logistics is a plus.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
