Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Greater Boston for a Shipping and Receiving Associate. Responsibilities include managing shipping and receiving operations, unloading and organizing deliveries, verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders, maintaining accurate records, and preparing shipments for dispatch. The position will also involve operating warehouse equipment and collaborating with team members to maintain an orderly work environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Shipping & Receiving and ability to safely operate equipment such as a pallet jack
- Experience with unloading deliveries and organizing inventory accurately
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication to work collaboratively with team members
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate records
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy items as required for the role
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
