A fast-growing marine logistics and terminal operations company is seeking a Director of Operations to lead multi-site terminal performance across the U.S. Gulf Coast.
This senior leadership role partners closely with terminal leaders and executive teams to drive operational excellence, safety, efficiency, and scalable growth across stevedoring, warehousing, and cargo-handling operations.
Key Focus Areas
- Lead and standardize operations across multiple terminals
- Drive safety, compliance, and performance KPIs
- Improve throughput, productivity, and cost efficiency
- Coach and develop terminal leadership teams
- Support terminal integrations and growth initiatives
Requirements
- 10+ years of leadership in terminal, port, or logistics
- Proven experience managing multi-site operations
- Strong safety, performance improvement, and people leadership background
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
- U.S.-based candidates only (no sponsorship)

Compensation & Benefits
- Strong base salary $160k+ (DOE) + incentives
